As Chairman for the Committee for Ethical Practices in Utah Adoption Agencies and a board member of the Utah Adoption Council, Donna has dedicated her career to creating transparent, ethical adoption practices throughout the state.

As a person of faith, Donna understands the spiritual and emotional dimensions of the adoption journey. Through this podcast, she creates a space where faith perspectives are honored and the eternal nature of family bonds is celebrated.
